Learn how to throw pots or improve your skills on the potters’ wheel

Throwing Courses
Joss regularly teaches how to throw pots on the potters' wheel at Powdermills.
You can choose from two different types of courses - a 2 day Intensive course or our 5 day Summer School. We also offer 90 minute group taster sessions for small groups.
Stay at a local B&B or hostel in the middle of the wild Dartmoor landscape. Spend your days learning pottery skills. Spend your evenings next to the fire at a traditional local pub sampling homemade pies and ales!
